CONTAINER FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE

ASPRO range of bottle filling and capping machine are innovative, compact, simple and user friendly.

The machine uses wide range of containers and bottles ranging from bottle, pp, IBM etc,

The speed of the machine would range from 30 bottles per minute to 150 bottles per minute.

The filling range would range from 5 ml to 250 ml.

The machines would be of rotary and linear models, which would be designed suitably to the need of the customer.

The rotary model machines are driven through Ferguson indexing drives.

The machine can be used to fill food products, beverages, hair oil, shampoo, creams, ointments, pharma, medicinal products etc

The pump head is designed to fill wide range of liquids with different viscosities from shampoo to semisolid pastes.

The machine is facilitated with quick and easy change over procedures. We also provide with a 1 minute change over set up also.

The machine would be controlled through a PLC with MMI panel as an optional attachment.

The PLC can be activated and accessed through SMS from anywhere, which would be an optional attachment.

Complete automatic machines are delivered enabling only a single operator to run the complete machine.

The machine may be linked for front and rear processes like washing, drying, feeding, filling, capping and online labeling.
